About

The Gesher Leadership Institute fosters new and impactful initiatives and projects that promote connections among different segments of the Jewish people.

The purpose of these initiatives is to put into practice the knowledge and experiences gained in the Institute’s courses. During the course and afterward, we encourage each participant to develop a project aimed at promoting dialogue and integration within Israeli society and between Israel and the Jewish Diaspora.

The Gesher Leadership Institute provides guidance in the ideation, planning, and implementation stages of these projects, offers expert mentors, and even provides financial support for some initiatives.

In July 2024, Institute alumni are invited to apply for a financial grant for projects that strengthen the connection between Israelis and the Jewish Diaspora.
